Apprenticeship TERRIE A
Tertiary Exposure and Recruitment towards Industrial Excellence (Terrie) Apprenticeship program in generating fresh graduate or final semester college student to be capable in working in the manufacturing and logistics company. This is a proactive effort to provide a continuous supply of manpower to replace employees (white collar worker) entering retirement
- Duration: 6 months
- Tandem with Employee As your buddies to train technical and non-technical skills to ensure international standard competence
- Evaluation at The End of Program evaluating participants’ performance and competency development progress
- Target : to be employee successor
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, math, physics or equivalent
- Excellent in Microsoft excel, numerical, logic, and analytical skills
- GPA >3.0
- College student (last semester) or fresh graduate
- Commit to have minimum 6 months on the job training
- Good written and verbal English communication skill
- Preferably candidate who live in Batam
